Use our system to create a customized order form to request information from your, or your relative's, military personnel records. 6	My HealtheVet My HealtheVet is VA’s award–winning e–health website, which offers Veterans, active duty soldiers, their dependents and caregivers anywhere, anytime Internet access to VA health care information and services. Launched nationwide in 2003, My HealtheVet is a free, online Personal Health Record that empowers Veterans to become informed partners in their health care. With My HealtheVet, America’s Veterans can access trusted, secure, and current health and benefits information as well as record and store important health and military history information at their convenience. 7	VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System VA ECHCS provides a full range of health care from our referral VA Medical Center in Denver, Colorado to our eight community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) stretching from the western border of Kansas to the southern tier of Colorado, and our two Community Living Centers in Denver and Pueblo. Our 1,600 employees stand ready to meet whatever health care needs veterans may have. It is our hope that this website will help you to make the most of our health care services.	75
8	VA Vet Centers Services What is readjustment counseling? Readjustment counseling is a wide range of psycho social services offered to eligible Veterans and their families in the effort to make a successful transition from military to civilian life. They include: ?Individual and group counseling for Veterans and their families ?Family counseling for military related issues ?Bereavement counseling for families who experience an active duty death ?Military sexual trauma counseling and referral ?Outreach and education including PDHRA, community events, etc. ?Substance abuse assessment and referral ?Employment assessment & referral ?VBA benefits explanation and referral ?Screening & referral for medical issues including TBI, depression, etc. VA's readjustment counseling is provided at community-based Vet Centers located near veterans and their families. All Vet Center services are prepaid through military service. Contact your nearest Vet Center through information provided in the Vet Center Directory or listings in your local blue pages. Vet Center staff are available toll free during normal business hours at 1-800-905-4675 (Eastern) and 1-866-496-8838 (Pacific).	20
