Scholarship fund luncheon

Friday, May 4th, 12:00

 

Luncheon Cost - $35.00 (after 4/19 - $40.00)

         

 

A plated lunch consisting of:

      Meat Lasagna

      Tiramisu

      Beverages

 

$20 of the luncheon price goes directly to the Department of

Colorado Scholarship Fund to benefit the young people of

Colorado who are affiliated with the Marine Family

 

All reservations must be received by 5/1/2012

The brochure includes banquet and scholarship luncheon information with a reservation form for both and advertisement prices for the convention book along with an ad submission form.

IMPORTANT DATES:

April 3 -

Last day to book rooms with guaranteed convention rate

Last day to submit ad copy for the Convention Book

April 19 -

Last day to make Banquet and Scholarship Luncheon Reservations at the lower rates.
Reservations received after 4/19 will require an additional $5 charge for each meal.

May 1 -

All meal reservations must be received by Foothills Detachment
